KEEPING UP APPEARANCES:Victorian Attorney General, Head of the Equal Opportunity Commission and Police Ministry Respond to Outstanding Urgent Correspondence.

On July 8th we wrote our article about how, incredibly, we were judged guilty on the 28th June by the ACT Magistrate's Court of defaming the child abuse and torture advocates, the Ordo Templi Orientis. Among other things, in that article we drew attention to the lack of response to our May 24th registered letters to the Head of the Equal Opportunity Commission of Victoria and to the Attorney General of Victoria which complain about the Equal Opportunity Commission judging the OTO religious vilification complaint against us as legitimate for processing. This week we received responses to that complaint dated 11th July, one business day after our article was posted. (see bottom page for scans.)
Our letters of formal complaint to these senior officials and to the Premier, were originally sent on the 15th of April, almost three months ago. It took three months for them to decide that our complaints against the Equal Opportunity Commission, should be dealt with by... (can you guess?) ... the Ombudsman - the Ombudsman, who is clearly unaccountable and WHOSE OFFICE HAS BEEN A MAJOR PLAYER CONSTANTLY IDENTIFIED IN OUR CAMPAIGN AS COVERING FOR THE SAME CHILD ABUSERS. Round and round we go.
You see, this won't be fixed, unless some radical change is enforced by individual citizens of Australia. No matter that this whole affair revolves around unbelievably terrible crimes against children!
Dr Szoke, the Chief Executive of the EOCV has claimed that what happened with the EOCV (being the EOCV's acceptance of a complaint from a religious organization which openly advocates torture, child sacrifice, cannibalism, the right to kill those who would thwart them, pederasty and who have, as their public logo, erect male genitalia with 666 beneath it), has acted in accordance with the requirements of the Equal Opportunity Act of 1995, although it stipulates that a complaint may be struck out for a number of reasons, detailed elsewhere, which allow for common sense!
The July 11th letter on behalf of the Attorney General refers to Premier Brack's May 20th blatant avoidance of the nature of our complaints, and runs with it. That is, Brack's office ignored our extensive summary of the clear cover- up by the authorities in which we highlighted the Office of Police Integrity's telling Dr Michaelson that what they, "... hope to achieve is possibly nothing in relation to that past [pedophile] ring, even if it's still operating," and it would, "detract from our work if we take particular individuals to account,...". Instead his office trotted out the contemptible pap about the supposed investigative role of the Office of Police Integrity. The Attorney General's office, satisfied with this, has also seen nothing wrong with the EOCV action either, as it advises us that the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal is "the appropriate forum for resolution of that complaint".
Of course, they ALL completely ignored our request that they unequivocally state whether they are members of the groups affiliated with the Ordo Templi Orientis, including the (other) Freemasons, Order of the Eastern Star ("Lucifer") and Knights Templar, which would mean they have a conflict of interest in this matter. But that topic remains taboo."Please acknowledge receipt of the aforementioned letter and provide signed statements, as previously requested, unambiguously indicating whether you belong to any of the groups affiliated with the Ordo Templi Orientis, being the Freemasons, Order of the Eastern Star and the Knights Templars, etc."
You see, these people are hoping you actually have forgotten what we actually wrote and that their cunning responses will leave you with the impression that everything is being appropriately dealt with. We've seen this sickening pattern over and over and over and over and over again. Please do go back and read our formal complaint letter as well as Premier Brack's May 20th response (and our response to that) because only then will you likely appreciate how insanely dangerous this buck passing is.
Today, July 15th, we have also received an email acknowledgement from the police Minister's office (see below) of our 2nd June report outlining the performance of rites of Babalon which were to be performed by the OTO on the Queen's birthday weekend, June 10th to 13th. The police Ministry referred it on to the Chief Commissioner of Police. We wonder if this bloody sounding event was actually ever investigated.
