28th August 2005. We received a response to our following appeal from the Senior Taxation Advisor written on the 11th August 2005. (We sent the Treasurer a reminder on the 9th August 2005.) Please scroll down to read that disturbing response, and our response to that. As the Victorian Premier's office advised us, this is the office responsible for having approved the Ordo Templi Orientis' tax-exempt status in this country.

Re: legal status of terrorist/extremist, criminal religion, the Eastern Templar Freemasons (a.k.a. Ordo Templi Orientis / OTO)
The public motto and philosophy of this international corporation, established in 1902 by infamous Satanist and Freemason, Aleister Crowley, is, “Do what thou wilt is the whole of the law.”
We are writing to you now at the suggestion of Premier Bracks, who, in reply to our pressing enquiries to him, (please see enclosure) sent us this. We quote, “The charitable tax status of organisations is handled by the Australian Taxation Office and falls within the responsibilities of the federal Treasurer, the Hon Peter Costello MP. If you wish to raise your concerns with the federal Treasurer, I suggest you correspond directly to the federal Department of the Treasury.”
Can you please explain to us how a religion’s own religious laws - or lack thereof - can supercede ordinary Australian laws, especially when their literally bloody state-approved, semi-secret occult religious “practical engagement” rituals include rape, murder, torture and even cannibalism? They are very evidently legally untouchable.
How and when was this domestic terrorist cabal first designated with tax exempt religious status, who exactly was responsible, and when will this status be removed, and when will these criminals be brought to justice?

Dear Mr. Lindsay,
Re: your letter* of August 11th, 2005, in response to ours of July 5th.
Please answer our questions.
We wrote and informed Treasurer Costello that a religion, registered with tax-exempt status in Australia, is publicly advocating torture, child abuse and having the right to kill those who thwart it. Their openly stated credo is "do what thou wilt is the whole of the law". These are KEY principles spelled out in the prime religious text of the Ordo Templi Orientis, The Book of the Law, which evidently overrides our Australian law. Executive members refer to the law of Thelema, as taught in their Book of the Law, with the explanation that these principles “… are taught through a graded series of degrees, or initiations, and understood through practical engagement with these mysteries in the initiate's own life.” Further Ordo Templi Orientis documents, recommended to new members for study, elaborate on what the verses in The Book of the Law mean. The OTO prophet's commentary unambiguously indicates approval for rape, murder and child sexual abuse, among other things. Incest, adultery and pederasty, which the commentary says, " … everyone now practices with humiliating precautions", are authorised. We included in our original letter to the Treasurer, and also emailed to him previously (both unacknowledged), a reference to our 26 May formal complaint detailing this situation for the Premier of Victoria, the Victorian Attorney General and the head of the Equal Opportunity Commission of Victoria. www.gaiaguys.net/EOCV.BracksHullsSzoke.htm
You responded that, according to certain laws, information concerning individual tax payers could not be provided to us.
Why have you chosen to avoid the central point of our letter to you? Incriminating information about this group is freely available on their own web pages and ours. Nobody has requested nor requires any confidential information from you to see that justice is served.
We respectfully require you to advise us whether you, Mr. Lindsay, the Honorable Mal Brough, MP, or the Honourable Minister Peter Costello are members of the secret societies who are bound by an overriding sworn loyalty to the Ordo Templi Orientis Freemasons, including the (other) Freemasons and the Knights Templar, or if you are a members of the Ordo Templi Orientis (Eastern Templars) itself. Membership in any of these would constitute a conflict of interest, or conflict of role, as has been confirmed by investigating officer Rory Jolley of the Equal Opportunity Commission of Victoria. Re: Australian Taxation Department’s legitimisation of Ordo Templi Orientis child abuse network
Dear Mr Lindsay,
You have reduced the alarming matter we have raised with you about this bloodthirsty, seditious network, which openly advocates torture and sexual activities with children etc, to merely a concern about compliance and enforcement in regard to income tax matters! According to your letter of 23rd September your office may, if it has the resources, get around to using our information for “risk identification”, by which you mean financial risk. Has your office no capacity to address the matter of risk to the human life and psyche?
This is not about tax evasion. This is about inhumane Eastern Templar Freemason extremists operating in Australia with the blessing of the taxation department.
Again you have chosen to obscure the issue. Why on Earth would you choose to do this in relation to such and grave and documented situation?
We repeat. Please indicate whether you, or any other staff involved in this correspondence are Freemasons, Knights Templar, Order of The Eastern Star or any other secret society which, by default, has a sworn loyalty to the Ordo Templi Orientis Freemasons.
